Mountainfest

To celebrate the 4th of July, Mama Bear took the kiddie bears to Ft. Drum's Mountainfest. This event is held annually. Last year, it was held in conjunction with an air show. No air show this year, though. There was food, games, music, ceremony, and (of course) fireworks!

The girls loved the cotton candy--Gummy, not so much. (What kid doesn't like cotton candy???)

Gummy loved everything but the loud cannons and booming fireworks. Cried during almost the entire show. Poor boy! (That's a disdained cotton candy granule on his neck.)

You had to pay $5 for a wristband to gain access to the Adventure Zone (laser tag, paintball, rock-climbing wall, archery, etc.), but the bounce houses and slides were free!

This may look like a hug, but it's Cinnamon wrestling (gently) with Gummy before the fireworks.
